VP Sales Germany Defence Contractors & OEMs
The opportunity
You will lead Artefaktum's commercial development in Germany across defence contractors, prime integrators, OEMs and selected strategic partners.
This is a senior, highly autonomous role for someone who can translate market intelligence, trusted relationships and client needs into sustainable growth.
You will operate at executive level, shape account strategy and lead long-cycle pursuits from initial engagement through proposal, negotiation and transition into delivery.
What you will do
- Develop and execute Artefaktum's German defence sales strategy across contractors, OEMs and ecosystem partners.
- Build, deepen and manage senior relationships with commercial, technical and procurement stakeholders.
- Identify, qualify and advance complex opportunities through disciplined pipeline management and reliable forecasting.
- Lead pursuit strategy, proposals, presentations, negotiations and account growth plans.
- Translate customer requirements into clear priorities for Artefaktum's advisory, cyber, defence and intelligence capabilities.
- Represent Artefaktum at customer meetings, industry events and selected national or international conferences.
What you bring
- Substantial senior sales, business-development or account-leadership experience in defence, aerospace, security or comparable complex B2B environments.
- Established access to, or credible experience with, German defence contractors, OEMs, system integrators or security stakeholders.
- Proven capability to manage long-cycle commercial pursuits and executive-level negotiations.
- Strong commercial judgment, structured forecasting discipline and confidence working across technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent German and English communication skills, written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel in Germany and internationally in line with business needs.
