VP Sales Germany Defence Contractors & OEMs

Remote / Las Palmas €100,000-€120,000

The opportunity

You will lead Artefaktum's commercial development in Germany across defence contractors, prime integrators, OEMs and selected strategic partners.

This is a senior, highly autonomous role for someone who can translate market intelligence, trusted relationships and client needs into sustainable growth.

You will operate at executive level, shape account strategy and lead long-cycle pursuits from initial engagement through proposal, negotiation and transition into delivery.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute Artefaktum's German defence sales strategy across contractors, OEMs and ecosystem partners.
  • Build, deepen and manage senior relationships with commercial, technical and procurement stakeholders.
  • Identify, qualify and advance complex opportunities through disciplined pipeline management and reliable forecasting.
  • Lead pursuit strategy, proposals, presentations, negotiations and account growth plans.
  • Translate customer requirements into clear priorities for Artefaktum's advisory, cyber, defence and intelligence capabilities.
  • Represent Artefaktum at customer meetings, industry events and selected national or international conferences.

What you bring

  • Substantial senior sales, business-development or account-leadership experience in defence, aerospace, security or comparable complex B2B environments.
  • Established access to, or credible experience with, German defence contractors, OEMs, system integrators or security stakeholders.
  • Proven capability to manage long-cycle commercial pursuits and executive-level negotiations.
  • Strong commercial judgment, structured forecasting discipline and confidence working across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Excellent German and English communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel in Germany and internationally in line with business needs.

Security & Advisory

Senior Consultant Secrecy Protection Advisory

Remote / Las Palmas €90,000-€110,000

The opportunity

You will advise clients operating in security-sensitive and regulated environments on the practical implementation of secrecy protection, information security and organisational resilience.

The role combines advisory judgment with hands-on delivery: assessing current state, defining practical measures, guiding implementation and helping clients establish structures that function in day-to-day operations.

What you will do

  • Lead and support advisory engagements relating to secrecy protection, classified information handling and security governance.
  • Assess organisational, technical and procedural requirements for VS-NfD-related environments and comparable controlled-information settings.
  • Develop practical operating models, policies, concepts, registers, training content and implementation roadmaps.
  • Support clients in establishing clear responsibilities across security management, IT, information security and executive leadership.
  • Contribute to risk assessments, security concepts, documentation and readiness activities for demanding client environments.
  • Plan and facilitate workshops, management briefings and employee-awareness formats.

What you bring

  • Several years of experience in information security, security consulting, secrecy protection, risk management or a comparable discipline.
  • Sound practical knowledge of German secrecy protection, VS-NfD-related environments, security governance or regulated critical-industry settings.
  • Working knowledge of relevant frameworks such as BSI IT-Grundschutz, ISO/IEC 27001, risk management or security-management systems.
  • Strong consulting skills: structured analysis, clear writing, stakeholder management and implementation discipline.
  • High personal discretion, reliability and a professional approach to sensitive information.
  • Excellent German and strong English communication skills, written and spoken.

Administration & Back Office

You will help keep Artefaktum's internal operations precise, responsive and dependable.

This is a broad administrative role for an organised professional who enjoys bringing structure to a dynamic international business.

You will work closely with leadership, project teams and external partners, ensuring that documentation, coordination, records and administrative workflows run reliably.

What you will do

  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence and recurring operational processes.
  • Prepare, format, manage and maintain business documents, reports, templates, records and structured filing systems.
  • Support project administration, action tracking, meeting preparation and follow-up coordination.
  • Assist with invoicing preparation, expense documentation, purchasing coordination and supplier administration.
  • Maintain accurate CRM, contact, project and internal operational data.
  • Support onboarding, equipment coordination, internal communication and general people-related administration.

What you bring

  • Several years of experience in administration, executive assistance, back office, project support or comparable operations roles.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise reliably in a changing environment.
  • Confident use of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, document-management tools and digital collaboration platforms.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication in German and English.
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset combined with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining excellent communication and follow-through.

Technical Operations & Client Support

Technical Specialist Secure IT & Client Support

The opportunity

You will be a trusted technical point of contact for Artefaktum, supporting colleagues and selected clients with practical, professional and service-oriented technical assistance.

This role is for someone who enjoys understanding a problem quickly, bringing structure to the situation and helping people move forward with confidence.

You will combine hands-on troubleshooting with clear communication, accurate documentation and disciplined escalation when specialist support or additional technical expertise is required.

What you will do

  • Provide first-line technical support and structured troubleshooting for internal users and selected client-facing environments.
  • Assess technical support needs, resolve issues where possible and coordinate timely escalation.
  • Support setup, configuration and reliable use of workplace technology, collaboration platforms, endpoints and standard software tools.
  • Assist users with secure and effective use of digital services, communication tools and approved technical solutions.
  • Maintain clear support records, technical documentation, asset information and knowledge-base content.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding and technical readiness activities in coordination with operations, cyber security and project teams.

What you bring

  • Experience in IT support, technical customer support, service desk, endpoint support, workplace technology or a comparable technical role.
  • Strong practical troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
  • Confident use of modern workplace technologies, collaboration platforms, endpoint systems and standard productivity tools.
  • A structured approach to incident handling, documentation, prioritisation and escalation.
